The Need to Guard Against Indiscriminate Media Awards to Politicians

These awards by media Houses should be banned because they are transactional and governors should not continue to waste state resources in doling out huge donation for these awards. These award hawkers are digging for gold and they must be called to order. My grouse is not against Governors Soludo  and Hope Uzodimma who actually deserve such award but the spirit behind these awards. Governor Soludo  and Hope Uzodimma are Ok but most of the governors who are given these awards are massively corrupt and criminally minded. The Federal government should ban these nebulous awards. For us in Imo State, we know that our State GOVERNOR is a ROAD MASTER and deserves such awards . Ditto for Governor Soludo but majority who are conferred such Awards don't deserve it. Let's banish these transactional Awards now.

Is it true that foreign companies from countries like China now buy our farm lands from the stage of planting and cultivation of csssava to harvesting stage. They pay the local farmers mouthwatering amount to reserve the entire farmland to the foreign country which will now take over ownership and harvesting when it's mature for harvesting...Am told that this is the reason a paint of rice now costs over N3000.00 from the N700.00 last year. Can our governments use their resources and logistics to investigate this grapevine story? I rest my pen.
